As a warm and empathic therapist, her eclectic approach will examine your family and relational history, as well as your current stage in life, to help you figure out where, how, and who you want to be in life, then assist you in determining how to get there.
Trinity grew up in Arroyo Grande and therefore has a deep appreciation for how our local community can positively impact our lives. She enjoys cooking, baking, writing, and drinking a good cup of coffee in her free time. Trinity also delights in being a mother and wife, and playing with her goldendoodle puppy.
