Therapeutic Approach
Jessie offers a holistic perspective to psychotherapy with a focus on the heart, mind, body, and soul. Jessie promotes mindfulness and helps individuals find alignment between their actions and values while developing the resiliency to weather life's ups and downs. Her mission is to provide a safe space to collaborate on treatment goals, integrating each individual’s unique strengths to spark healing.
