Therapeutic Approach

Audrey’s therapeutic approach is eclectic, holistic, and affirming. She uses cognitive behavioral techniques to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; and combines mindfulness and body-based interventions to help increase awareness and vitality. Through the safety of your relationship, you and Audrey can explore your inner world and tap into inner-guidance.

Audrey loves synchronicity, dancing, cooking, and a good laugh. On the weekends, she is likely to be found hiking, golfing, or spending time with her family.
