Therapeutic Approach

Audrey’s therapeutic approach is eclectic, holistic, and affirming. She utilizes cognitive behavioral techniques to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; and combines these with existential and body-based interventions to help clients increase awareness and vitality. Her work utilizes evidence-based treatments, as well as phenomenology, to help clients come into their innate power and peace.

Audrey loves synchronicity, dancing, cooking, and a good laugh. On the weekends, she is likely to be found hiking, golfing, or spending time with her family.
