Trinity is passionate about working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She takes a special interest in women experiencing infertility, perinatal, or postpartum issues.
A warm and empathetic therapist, Trinity has contributed her skills across non-profit agencies, a drug and alcohol treatment facility, community mental health clinic, and group home. These experiences shape her ability to
make a positive impact with clients from crisis work to trauma-informed care. Above all, she prioritizes your safety and ability to feel seen, heard, and understood.
Trinity is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #110080), supervised by Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Camille Johnson (LMFT #81572) in San Luis Obispo.
Trinity utilizes a strengths-based approach to empower clients to make decisions for themselves. She firmly believes you hold all the answers to the questions you face, and it's her privilege to assist you in revealing them. Her warm and empathetic style of therapy is client-centered and trauma-informed. Together, you'll examine both your family and relational history and current stage of life to provide you with the support you need to take control of your life.
An Arroyo Grande native, Trinity has a deep appreciation for how the local community can positively impact our lives. When she's not spending time with family, you'll find her cooking, baking, or drinking too much coffee.
