Bachelor Of Fine Arts in Art Education

Cassidy offers nurturing therapy to adolescents, adults, families, and couples motivated to pursue healing in their lives and relationships. Her understanding of psychotherapy draws from rewarding experiences from mentoring adolescents as a backpacking guide to serving students as a RYT-200 yoga teacher and Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor (TIYT). She's also contributed to community mental health clinics and school-based settings where she supported individuals and families experiencing distress, addiction, and complex trauma. She ultimately feels privileged to walk alongside you into deep and vulnerable spaces.

Cassidy is a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #138072) supervised by Camille Johnson (LMFT #81572).

Therapeutic Approach

Cassidy invites you to feel rooted and connected through the peaks and valleys of life. The hope is that therapy contributes to your peace of mind and ability to be more open. Her approach is inspired by a variety of frameworks: Narrative, Psychodynamic, Attachment Theory, and Somatic / Experiential-Based Theories. Beyond talk therapy, Cassidy recognizes there's a time for the power of silence, somatics, and movement. Above all—you can trust she's more focused on who you are than any one system of thinking.

Good To Know

Dedicated to the same self-work she encourages in clients, Cassidy actively seeks to find healing, peace, and stability with family and friends. Movement sparks so much joy and she strives to experience the outdoors as often as possible!
