About
Bridget is a warm and nurturing therapist dedicated to supporting individuals in their healing journeys. Her background includes working with youth and families as both a behavioral counselor and therapist. She has also served survivors of sexual assault and intimate partner violence, bringing a deep understanding to her practice. Beyond working at an Intensive Outpatient Program, experience includes providing therapy to teens, adults, and families dealing with grief, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Having experienced the benefits of therapy both as a client and practitioner, Bridget’s relational approach helps clients feel less alone.
Bridget is a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #129749) supervised by Camille Johnson (LMFT 81572).

Bridget offers a client-centered focus—fostering a safe and nurturing therapeutic relationship to support people in their processing. She draws from a variety of approaches including psychodynamic, attachment-based, family systems, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in order to meet the unique goals of each client. No matter what challenge you’re facing, you can trust Bridget provides a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive pathway to healing.
