Therapeutic Approach

A deeply generous therapist, expect Camille to earn your trust as a caring guide and clear communicator. She understands the holistic connection between emotions, body sensations, and the psyche. Her integrative approach is trauma-informed, drawn from Depth/Jungian psychology and body psychotherapy. As your therapist, she'll facilitate movement through elements of your life no longer serving you and often use the exploration of dreams, memories, and feelings to explore your unconscious and build self awareness. It's all about getting to know yourself and feeling safe expressing how you feel.
