Rachel provides therapy to adolescents, couples, families, and adults in all phases of life facing a variety of needs from anxiety and relationship challenges to family conflicts, life transitions, and trauma.

A calming presence with 12+ years in mental health and human services, Rachel has experience as a therapist, social worker, and behavioral counselor. Her extensive experience includes working with foster and adoptive families along with youth who've experienced trauma. She's worked in therapeutic settings across San Luis Obispo County and the Bay Area from outpatient therapy clinics and community-based mental health to refugee support programs and school-based counseling.

Rachel is licensed through the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW #90795).
